Do I have to participate in the Wellness Works program?
- Wellness Works is a voluntary program but you MUST participate to have the opportunity to become “Qualified” and pay a lower premium for healthcare for you and your family in 2018. All teammates are encouraged to participate. The program has helped teammates identify and treat health-related conditions such as diabetes.
