Celebrate Corporate Compliance and Ethics Week Nov. 1 – 7

Keeping up its tradition of encouraging teammates to follow the highest of standards, RSFH Corporate Compliance is happy to announce that it will again be participating in Corporate Compliance & Ethics Week, organized each year by the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics & Health Care Compliance Association (SCCE & HCCA).

Corporate Compliance and Ethics Week is an extension of RSFH’s ongoing compliance and ethics program, headed by Stacey Dodd, Corporate Compliance Officer. A key part of the program is the RSFH Code of Conduct, which all teammates are expected to follow. The code calls on employees to “Do the right thing in all situations.”

Company-wide compliance and ethics education, held annually, allows our organization to roll-out new and updated compliance program policies and reinforce with employees their compliance and ethics obligations. Participation in Corporate Compliance and Ethics Week gives additional opportunity to shine a spotlight on the importance of compliance and boost compliance culture.

“It’s important to get the message out there” Stacey said. “When it comes to compliance, the problem with following the ‘herd’ is that your voice is not ‘heard’.  Speak up. Speak loud. Speak proud.”
